Run these 2 commands to enable IIS 32bit mode so you can use the oledb driver: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe %SYSTEMDRIVE%\inetpub\adminscripts\adsutil.vbs SET W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32bitAppOnWin64 1 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i -enable
